Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Lemon Zest

At Life in Balance and @lifeinbalance_ now we are not big fans of Brussel Sprouts, but this recipe just made us change that opinion!!


Yum, yum, yum.... these crispy brussel sprouts are a game changer and will make you a fan of these tasty vegetables in a heartbeat!



Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Zest


Ingredients:


1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Crushed pistachios


Instructions:


- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add optional crushed pistachios.

- Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.

- Sprinkle lemon zest over sprouts before serving.
