Low-Carb Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional: homemade crispy bacon bites
Optional: homemade crispy onions
Instructions:
- Steam green beans until tender.
- Sauté mushrooms in a skillet, then add almond milk, garlic powder, and almond flour to thicken.
- Mix green beans with the mushroom sauce, add optional bacon bites and crispy onions, sprinkle
- Parmesan on top and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
Voilá! All done and ready to serve!!
